Prepare and distribute legal agreements to customers, vendors, resale partners and distributors. Review, modify and negotiate confidentiality agreements with customers, vendors, partners, distributors. Assist Legal Review Manager by fielding ad-hoc requests for basic legal review, proof-reading, business analysis and other projects as needed. Design and manage storage and retrieval of current agreement templates and new and existing legal documents utilizing SharePoint or other resources. Sales Operations Analyst
The Sales Operations Analyst function exists to help improve the productivity of the field sales organization. This function has three primary responsibilities. The first is to produce and maintain materials and assets that support the operating cycle we use to drive the sellers’ performance. Elements of this cadence include, but are not limited to, regular maintenance of key sales and partner activity reports, the monthly sales all hands call and quarterly business reviews. In addition, this function is responsible for producing and performing analysis around revenue and selling performance to help identify areas for improvement within the organization as well as within the sales process. The Recruiting Specialist will handle all aspects of recruiting for a wide variety of non-exempt and exempt positions. Will work closely with managers to fulfill recruiting needs; track job requisitions; handle internal and external postings; screen resumes and conduct interviews; gather candidate feedback from hiring managers; lead final assessment and selection process (including reference checks and pre-employment screening). In addition to recruitment, this position provides the opportunity to cross-train in other HR functions.

The Senior Marketing Communications Manager is responsible to manage the execution of fully integrated marketing plans and programs designed to achieve market share, awareness, revenue, and profitability objectives for the Data Protection business unit of Syncsort, Inc. Working closely with product marketing, customer marketing, channel marketing, product management, education services, sales, events and social media, this position is responsible to integrate and coordinate information across the departments, and acts as an internal marketing consultant in each area, as necessary.

With minimal supervision, diagnose, analyze and resolve software defects and system wide configuration problems for a distributed data protection product. Participate in the technical design and implementation of fixes, enhancements, and projects. Provide technical guidance to service teams on technical issues encountered in the fields. Maintain production versions of software from patch delivery until the retirement of the applications.
